Our Video Production Process

Pre-Production

Location Scouting:
A site visit allows the video team to experience the setting, determine what equipment to bring and take pictures for storyboarding. If location scouting isn’t an option, we suggest clients take photos and provide layouts of the areas to be used in the shoot.
Storyboarding

We begin by brainstorming video content ideas for the determined target audiences. Our video team will then list photos of shots in the order they will be shown in the final product.

Concept Overview Approval

Before we proceed with filming, we send clients a copy of the storyboard for approval.

Production

Filming: Our video team takes footage at your facility, in the field, at a worksite, or wherever has been determined the best location to showcase your products or services. We provide all video, lighting and audio equipment.

Post-Production

Internal Assembly Edit
The first edit of a video is completed by placing clips in the correct order and cutting them to the correct lengths. This edit of the video is a preliminary test to make sure the story has a logical flow.
First Cut
The cut of the video is sent to the client for their first round of edits.
Editing and Final Approval
After making requested edits from the first cut, we then send the updated video back to the client for final approval.
Video Marketing Strategy
Once the video is complete, it needs to be shared with your customers where, when and how they will see it and engage with it. Our team will determine the best outlets for sharing and will track responses.
